Supervision through Catalyst Behavioral Health focuses on conceptual understanding, ethical decision making, and applied skill development. Supervisees are expected to actively engage in professional learning, case discussion, and reflective practice throughout their supervision experience.

Supervisees must maintain accurate supervision documentation consistent with BACB requirements.

Supervision must follow the standards established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

You have the option of choosing between some supervisor created tools for your fieldwork supervision.
However optional, these tools will be gone over at the onset of supervision, possibly during if chosen, and most definitely afterwards.
Supervisees will have a password-protected access link to relevant files.
For initial consultations, please send and email to supervision@catalystbhla.com.
Once supervision is in place, the supervised will be able to utilize the Supervisee-to-Supervisor Portal for future endeavors.
